This past week, Sarah Favot wrote an article on laschoolreport.com that explains LAUSD's fight to double education funding so that by 2020, per-pupil revenue for students in public schools will be $20,000. Unfortunately, CA currently ranks among the lowest in per-pupil spending in the nation. Major issues result from LAUSD's declining enrollment numbers and increasing costs. How can we as an organization support our learners in the fight to increase funding for LAUSD?
